The Ledgent Technology Business Solutions Manager, focused primarily on technology talent, drives business development in Sacramento,CA. Working in a largely remote environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, you will be responsible for developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities. Business Solutions Manager should live in the greater Sacramento, CA area Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging. Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills. Individuals who thrive in a business development and outbound sales environment. Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferrable experience. Individuals with strong business acumen who enjoy negotiating. What’s in it for you?
