Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service Make recommendations to guests based on vehicle and manufacturer recommendations Coordinate tasks such as checking in, scheduling appointments, estimating time requirements, and checkout Promote self-development using company-provided training tools Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including handling tires and wheels; standing, bending, and squatting Basic Qualifications
Prior guest service experience Valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years of age No relocation offered for this position Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Previous Automotive Guest Service experience Previous Tire Sales experience Employment Details
Location: 205 North Main Street, East Peoria, IL Shift: Retail hours including some holidays and weekends Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour + Commission; ongoing training to promote career growth Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick leave, vacation, tire discounts Base pay may vary depending on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and market location Goodyear owns and operates more than 580 tire and auto service centers nationwide.
