What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Consult and sell PLM and CPQ software to prospective clients

Acquire and qualify new customer leads

Identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions

Conduct product demonstrations and support clients throughout the sales cycle

Manage and maintain sales projects and customer data in CRM systems

What is Required (Qualifications)

Extensive experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Native-level proficiency in German and strong English language skills

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Quick learner with adaptability and a strong solution‑oriented mindset

Willingness to work independently and engage directly with clients on-site
