About the Role The Account Executive role at Rippling is a high‑velocity, full‑consultative sales position focused on Rippling’s Global product. You’ll engage with prospects, understand their business needs, recommend tailored solutions, close revenue, and partner with the AM team to deliver a seamless transition to our platform. Beyond sales, you’ll help customers navigate product configurations, compliance, and workflow improvements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer journey.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges and act as a strategic partner, guiding them through product configurations and decision‑making processes aligned with their business objectives.

Manage pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting both monthly and quarterly.

Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment.

Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitor landscape to deliver targeted product demos.

Deliver tailored technical demos and custom solutions as a Rippling Global expert.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, solutions engineering, sales development, and compliance—to directly influence product development.

Manage the entire client engagement cycle, from initial consultation through implementation and ongoing relationship management with the AM team, ensuring a seamless and successful customer experience.

What You Will Need

Minimum 1+ year of full‑cycle closing experience in SaaS B2B markets (excluding SDR/BDR or pipeline‑generation roles).

Experience carrying a $600k+ annual quota.

Proven track record of success (top 10% in sales org).

Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security‑related products.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

Benefits & Compensation This role will receive a competitive On‑Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. Salary for US‑based employees ranges from $160,000 USD per year (San Francisco Office). The pay range is 160,000 USD per year (San Francisco Office).
