About Us DataCall is a fast‑growing healthtech startup automating phone operations, benefit verification, scheduling, and insurance workflows for outpatient clinics. We help practices reduce manual calls, improve patient throughput, and increase collections. We’re expanding nationally and looking for driven, independent Sales Representatives to introduce DataCall to outpatient practices.

Role Overview We are hiring proactive, relationship‑driven sales professionals to help us generate qualified leads and open doors with outpatient clinics (urgent care, primary care, dental, behavioral health, dermatology, infusion centers, and others).

This is a flexible, contractor role ideal for people with strong healthcare networks, medical sales backgrounds, or experience selling SaaS to providers.

Responsibilities

Source and outreach to outpatient clinics and decision‑makers (practice managers, operations directors, owners, RCM leads, COO, CEO)

Identify clinics that handle manual scheduling, insurance, or patient phone workflows

Qualify the clinic based on criteria given by DataCall

Book qualified discovery calls for our sales team

Maintain accurate notes and lead details

Collaborate with our founders to refine messaging and targeting

Represent DataCall professionally in all interactions

Compensation This role is 100% commission‑based with a strong earning structure:

You Earn

Fixed fee per Qualified Lead (Definition: clinic meets criteria + decision‑maker agrees to a discovery call)

Additional bonus for attended calls

% of revenue or contract value for any clinic that becomes a paying customer

Example

$400 per qualified clinic lead depending on the size of the clinic

10% bonus from a signed deal ($2400+)

High performers can earn $8,000+ month.

Ideal Candidate

Experience selling to outpatient clinics, MSOs, or private practices

Strong medical sales or SaaS sales background

Existing relationships with clinic administrators is a major plus

Excellent communication and persistence

Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Experienced healthcare sales professional based in New York City metro area with a strong existing network of outpatient clinics.

3‑5+ years selling SaaS, healthcare services, or revenue‑cycle / practice‑management solutions to clinics.

Proven track record of opening doors and closing deals with practice managers, operations leaders, and owners.

Comfortable with in‑person clinic visits several days per week, plus follow‑up by phone, email, and online demos.

Understands clinic workflows: scheduling, benefit verification, prior authorization, insurance follow‑up, and front‑desk operations.

Organized and reliable with simple reporting: visits per week, meetings booked, discovery forms completed, and pipeline status.
