Account Executives

to join Springfield staffing's successful Sales team. We are looking for

Sales Representatives

with experience in

respiratory services, durable medical equipment, home medical equipment, negative pressure therapy, or wound care

sales

to help grow our $600 million business. As a sales professional, your responsibilities will include face-to-face sales calls, establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral sources in the medical community. You will also need to meet or exceed your monthly sales quota, continually educate clients, and market our services, respiratory equipment, and medications to new prospects. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a highly lucrative commission plan, bonuses, car and mileage reimbursement, a company cellular phone, and a comprehensive benefits package. (when applicable for the position) Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a clean driving record

(when applicable for the position) Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, if required Education and/or Experience: Four-year college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred Leadership experience in other areas or fields Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Motivated and self-driven with a proven success record in sales Desire to work in an environment that rewards top performance Strong team player Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers within the assigned territory Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written Ability to interpret various forms of communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, visual) Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information Ability to multi-task with attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, with good time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands: Lift and carry office equipment as needed Sit, walk, stand, talk, or listen as required Close vision required for small print on computer, tablet, or paperwork Machines, Equipment, and Technical Abilities: Understanding of all applicable home medical equipment and supplies Proficiency in email communication and internet research Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, printers, phones, and computers/tablets Seniority level
