As a sales associate, you will be the face of our company. You will highlight our brand and contribute to building our reputation as a customer-focused organization. Your responsibilities include assisting customers, helping them recognize the need for our products and services, and articulating our purpose professionally. A positive, outgoing attitude and a desire to serve others are essential. Duties and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Engage proactively with customers, ask questions, listen to needs, inform about promotions, and provide excellent service. ORGANIZATION:
Maintain store appearance and organization. SALES:
Cross-sell and upsell products, suggest trends, and utilize company tools to enhance customer experience. INVENTORY:
Manage merchandise, participate in inventories, and ensure proper stocking and ticketing. DEPENDABILITY:
Follow work schedules and complete assignments reliably. Qualifications:
Basic product knowledge preferred. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This role involves standing, moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. It is primarily indoors, with some outdoor work depending on location. Vision abilities include close, color, and depth perception. Other Skills:
Enthusiastic, friendly, energetic, and committed to providing outstanding service. Work Hours:
Availability for various hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
