Looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to retain and maximize business from current clients and generate new business with prospects by using our leads dashboard and CRM.
Responsibilities include:
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Contact all recently closed files.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales representatives for further development.
Continuously refine, improve, and grow the inside sales process.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years inside sales experience. Superior knowledge of inside sales and how to maximize lead sources. Skilled and experienced in making several phone calls a day. Ability to overcome objections. Benefits: Medical Vision FSA and HSA options 401(k) with employer matching up to 4% of salary
