Job Description

MSP is a leading force in the industry, providing organizations with tangible physical branded merchandise (product, print, and point of sale) as well as marketing outlets to distribute that merchandise (ecommerce stores, fulfillment, direct mail and kitting). The impact? Increased brand exposure and streamlined operational efficiencies while saving on costs.

We’re currently adding ambitious Sales Professionals to join our expanding sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and effectively closing deals.

This role is headquartered out of our office and does have hybrid flexibility once fully trained. Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 + commissions with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies

Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and schedule sales meetings

Facilitate special orders, incentives, employee recognition programs, and program-based business

Stay informed about industry trends and offerings to identify opportunities for business growth

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by sales management

Skills And Qualifications

Experience in promotional products or branded merchandise a plus

Proven track record of success in B2B sales

Strong understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales

Ability to work independently and as part of the team
