Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in our company’s expansion. This role requires a strong ability to connect with potential clients, close sales, develop new business opportunities, and market our life insurance products effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment and is eager to maximize their earning potential through high commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, educate them on our products, and close sales.
Business Development:
Identify new opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive outreach.
Marketing Execution:
Promote our life insurance products effectively through strategic marketing initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the life insurance industry preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for helping clients secure their financial future.
