The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for GAL Canada works in our fast‑paced expanding commercial team to drive proactive value creation and revenue generation for our elevator‑related products. In this role you will work with strategic and prospective Elevator Contractors and Consultants to find and close revenue growth opportunities through active selling, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and key account management. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Performs B2B sales activities from lead generation through closure within the Elevator Contracting & Consulting business Visits customers' business and job sites to support/ promote Vantage company solutions and products. Promotes and sells Elevator Equipment solutions including Machines, Controls, Door Equipment, and Signal Fixtures with special emphasis on packaged solutions combining all areas of our portfolio Researchs sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with decision makers at key accounts and consulting firms Creates and maintains account plans for existing customers, highlighting profile, market share, competition, and value opportunities Formulates strategies for building and growing the accounts and maximizing their potential value Researches, gathers, analyzes, maintains and disseminates information about assigned accounts; develops exceptional knowledge of the customer and competitors and is well versed in the customer's problems, initiatives, goals, needs, and issues Coordinates sales efforts with sales management, accounting, and technical services groups Provides regular sales activity reports and appropriate feedback from the field utilizing MS CRM Qualifications, Education And / Or Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline Minimum of 5 years technical sales and key account management experience serving the Elevator or a closely related manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success in the Canadian market Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a team‑oriented organization Working knowledge of the MS Office suite of software Demonstrated CRM systems competence in sales activity management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual in both French and English (written and verbal) Strong listening and presentation skills Self‑directed with ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Travel 60% of the time to various locations as required Seniority level
