Full-Time Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Vice President of BPO Sales to lead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This executive role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in BPO sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Build and manage a remote sales team across regions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BPO and call center sectors. Maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts. Analyze market trends and competitor activity for strategic insights. Represent MCI at industry events and client meetings. Candidate Qualifications

Are you a good fit? We encourage motivated and dedicated applicants with the following qualities: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related (MBA preferred). 3+ years in BPO sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven success managing remote sales teams and meeting targets. Strong knowledge of BPO services and outsourcing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
