What You’ll Do

Manage and develop a team of up to 12 SDRs to consistently generate high‑quality pipelines aligned to Bandwidth’s growth goals.

Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly standards for activity and conversion, and hold the team accountable to meeting and exceeding them.

Coach SDRs on talk tracks, objection handling, account strategy, and multi‑threading to build future AEs and GTM leaders.

Ensure SDRs are prioritizing target accounts effectively, balancing inbound with outbound efforts, and aligning closely with AE/AAE coverage.

Work collaboratively with Marketing to connect demand generation efforts with SDR plays, ensuring campaigns and signals are effectively actioned.

Partner with Sales Directors and AEs to confirm target account lists, set coverage models, and align on pipeline expectations.

Collaborate with Operational units to maintain clean routing, accurate reporting, and actionable dashboards in Salesforce/Outreach.

Review conversion trends across the funnel and make data‑informed adjustments to improve outcomes and overall team performance.

Recruit, onboard, and develop SDRs into high‑impact contributors and future sellers at Bandwidth.
