As a Territory Account Manager, you will provide follow‑up support on specific applications and projects to company sales representatives and customers, maintain relationships with existing customers, channel partners, and field sales organizations, and work remotely with occasional travel to customer sites. You will report directly to the Sales Manager, Territory. Your Primary Responsibilities
Partner and collaborate with Distributor on the account strategy within selected accounts and communicate to extended teams on an account-by-account basis. Drive Information Software (IS) and IoT strategy with Channel Partners at selected accounts, alongside our core hardware portfolio. Understand the integrator ecosystem for software and hardware solution delivery. Establish strong relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understand customer processes, goals, and organizational models. Follow the Rockwell Automation sales process: know assigned accounts, plan for growth, maintain a healthy funnel, drive opportunities to closure, and evaluate performance to goal. Work with Distributor to qualify customer opportunities, engage the appropriate resources, and coordinate the solution design to influence the customer’s decision process. Coordinate with Distributor and Rockwell Automation account teams, senior management, and technical engagement teams to plan for and win identified opportunities. Maintain accurate assessments of target and opportunity funnels within the Salesforce CRM system. Set and manage internal/external partner expectations. The Essentials – You Will Have
Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (this role does not sponsor employment visas). Valid driver’s license. The Preferred – You May Also Have
4+ years of sales experience, preferably through distributors or channel partners. Experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, channel sales, or system integration. Familiarity with Industrial Automation and other parts of the Rockwell portfolio. What We Offer
