We\'re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a year of sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You\'ll be on the front lines developing relationships, generating leads, and closing deals — all while learning from a supportive team that wants you to succeed. What You\'ll Do
Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking in an assigned territory Visit clients onsite to present products and services and understand their needs Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets Track and report sales activities through CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction What We\'re Looking For
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-starter who thrives on meeting goals and building relationships Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Comfort with being on the road and meeting clients in person Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Compensation
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Details
