The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals within their territory, building and maintaining customer relationships through communication and in-person visits, and maintaining expert knowledge of Arthrex products. The role involves consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding Arthrex products and procedures. Essential Duties: Meet and exceed sales objectives by working with surgeons and healthcare professionals to sell Arthrex products. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase territory results. Communicate product updates and educational opportunities to current and prospective customers. Implement marketing strategies to position the organization competitively. Manage new product introductions and cross-sell additional products. Address account issues promptly. Maintain confidentiality, act ethically, and comply with all laws and company policies. Participate in training, coaching, and sales meetings, including outside of regular hours. Maintain proficiency in sales skills and product knowledge. Gather competitive data and stay informed on industry trends. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly. Education and Experience: At least 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred. Ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market. Comfortable working in open operating room environments. Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and OR protocols. Ability to learn technical information, anatomy, and surgical indications. Prior sales experience is a plus. Skills and Training: Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to develop effective business plans. Strong public speaking and communication skills. Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure. Self-confidence and a competitive drive. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility. Adherence to all compliance and conduct policies.
