Collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts. Visit clients regularly to check needs, manage stock, and upsell/cross-sell. Introduce new products, promotions, and samples to drive sales. Support collections and follow up on timely customer payments. Build strong relationships with grocery and restaurant clients. Open new accounts and grow business within existing ones. Handle customer issues quickly and keep track of resolutions. Review sales data to grow order size and wallet share. Review shelves and stock; ensure products are present, well-placed, and promoted. Work with customers to design or improve planograms/product sets. Share competitor and market insights with management. Take part in food shows, demos, and field marketing events. Generate new leads through outreach and cold calls. Keep accurate reports on customer needs and product demand. Help customers adopt ordering technology and online platforms. Requirements

2–5 years sales experience in Indian/South Asian grocery or restaurant distribution (B2B or B2C) Prior experience selling ambient, cooler, or frozen products such as spices, rice, frozen food, snacks, sweets, dairy products, or beverages. Hindi & English bilingual (Punjabi or Gujarati a plus). U.S. driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle. Comfortable using smartphone/tablet ordering apps. Willing to travel throughout Indiana and nearby Midwest markets. Able to lift up to 50–60 lbs when needed. Driven, Tech-Savvy, Team-Player
