Being a successful Account Executive can be achieved in many ways, and IntePros provides the best tools in the market to help create that success. We encourage our Account Executives to set aside time each week to call or visit companies with whom we are interested in doing business. The primary role of the Account Executive is to create long-lasting business relationships that support the goals of those partner organizations, while driving growth and revenue at the same time. Account Executive Requirements
College degree highly preferred Prior sales experience in the staffing industry is required Prior experience in IT sales is strongly preferred Must be a self-starter/highly motivated Strong problem-solving skills Determined and goal-oriented Account Executive Responsibilities
Prospect clients with IT talent acquisition needs Identify and initiate contact with hiring managers Sell resumes of qualified candidates directly to hiring managers Build relationships with clients and managers to be a trusted partner Provide strategic and tactical account development Grow existing accounts Manage, document and coordinate all communication with clients Work cohesively with all IntePros Teammates Join and become involved in industry associations Meet weekly KPI’s Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner Let's Succeed Together!
