About the Role As an Outside Sales Advisor (Solutions Advisor), you’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, visiting customers at their homes or businesses to demonstrate our innovative home automation and smart security solutions. You’ll help people protect what matters most—their loved ones, pets, and prized possessions—while building strong relationships and providing a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and provide solutions by visiting homes or businesses.

Explain products and services in depth, recommending the right solutions for each customer.

Demonstrate empathy and a great customer experience in every interaction.

Prioritize your time, adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs, and close sales.

Qualifications

Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and driven to succeed.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.

Problem‑solver with a knack for making people’s lives easier.

Curiosity for the newest technology and ability to adapt to customer needs.

Willingness to work flexible hours and visit customers as needed.

Compensation & Benefits Sales advisors receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and may be eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn around $95,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000.
