A Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager is a sales professional who is accountable for developing and attracting new accounts to grow business performance. Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met. Territories covered – IL, IN, KY, MI, OH & WI Duties and Responsibilities
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Report on regional sales results Update sales forecast management sheet on a timely manner and make 3-month sales forecast Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Cultivating and developing new Sales and Service Dealers Preparing required weekly and monthly sales reports Participate in decisions for expansion and territory improvement. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Create and set effective goals, develop business strategies and possess the knowledge and drive to achieve all company and individual goals. Assist the Accounting Team in the collection of past due accounts receivables for assigned end users and dealers Seniority level
