The Associate Account Executive (AAE) is a hunter / outbound new sales role meant to deliver small and medium sized bookings to support the business growth. You are responsible for delivering consistent, predictable bookings. You will run full sales cycles from prospecting, building pipeline and opportunities, to successfully booking new business. You will build your own pipeline and close both net new logos and (potentially) existing expansion accounts.

Responsibilities

Define and execute sales plans for your assignment.

Forecast, meet, and exceed quota

Through a combination of inbound and outbound demand generation, develop and manage a high-velocity, SaaS pipeline

Manage and communicate business, track opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools

Collaborate on the continuous improvement of all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, customer success, and sales engineering

Work with and cooperate within a Partner ecosystem

Convey Xurrent value drivers and competitive differentiators to prospects and customers

Understand the competitive landscape

Attend key live events and strategic conferences to promote the Xurrent brand

Requirements

2+ years of experience SaaS Sales

Experience working cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product

Ability to create, present, and demonstrate technical demonstrations and communicate to all stakeholders in a sales process

Strong organizational skills, with a hyper focus on business acumen and industry knowledge

Expert user of Salesforce

Enthusiastic and optimistic approach to your day to day

This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset with a passion for sales process integrity. You are willing and eager to become an industry expert in our technology space and provide key internal stakeholders with the material needed to drive the Xurrent platform forward. As an integral part of the sales team, you bring a positive attitude to the office.
