Catering Sales Manager . Nestled mid-mountain on Northstar California Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe blends laid-back luxury with breathtaking alpine beauty. As the first and only AAA Five Diamond resort in the region, we offer unparalleled service, world-class amenities, and a one-of-a-kind setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Truckee, CA for a Catering Sales Manager. The Catering Sales Manager is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling catering sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Conducts day-to-day activities related to catering sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals. Qualifications Summary: Education & Experience: Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field

1 year of relevant experience Core Skills & Responsibilities: Builds and maintains strong client relationships to drive bookings Actively engages in sales activities including prospecting, sales calls, and upselling Understands market trends and customer needs to maximize revenue Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution Delivers exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards The hourly pay range for this position is $33.17 to $41.35.
