is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. We’re growing and looking for a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales growth within the Tampa to Orlando, Florida region. You’ll represent our full product line, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within your territory. Our primary product lines nationwide include hardwood lumber, veneer, plywood, millwork, and cabinetry. Sell our products to current customers in the region with a focus on customer service. You will be responsible for sales throughout the territory and will be rewarded based on your ability to manage sales and customer base. Grow sales by increasing our customer base to new customers by calling on potential new customers throughout the territory. Communicate the needs of the customer with the branch to optimize product mix and increase future sales. Coordinate with inside sales to ensure a synchronized sales effort. Lead the conversation and development of our business through sales growth and customer service. Accompany vendors’ sales representatives as needed, calling on appropriate customer accounts to satisfy vendor concerns. Should You Apply?

You have a minimum of 6-10 years of sales experience, ideally in outside or territory sales, and ideally in the construction or building materials industry. Proficient knowledge of and/or experience related to the architectural building materials industry is preferred. You can travel as needed throughout the territory. Excellent customer service skills; knowledge of DMSi Agility software is a plus. As you will be driving a company vehicle, this is a Safety Sensitive position, subject to routine drug screening.
