You will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from top producers in the company. Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation

Annual Bonus and Commission Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting : Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals who have shown interest in life insurance products, enabling you to engage and serve clients. Client Engagement : Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients meet financial and insurance goals. Relationship Building : Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support. Training & Development : Participate in live coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps. Sales Tracking : Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals. Compliance : Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information. Qualifications

Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within budget. Ability to build lasting relationships and willingness to receive feedback. Previous industry experience is a plus but not required. Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support provided).
