$10.00 to $14.00 per hour

Position Overview We are seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).
Responsibilities
Greet and interact with customers to recommend financial solutions.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
Handle sales and loan transactions according to policies.
Manage cash and negotiable items securely.
Answer incoming calls professionally.
Explain legal aspects of transactions to customers.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Complete training successfully.
Minimum Requirements
Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling (preferred).
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Computer literacy and POS system experience.
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
