We are seeking a results-driven
B2B Account Manager
to join our team. This role is responsible for managing relationships with our business clients, driving account growth, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and skilled at identifying opportunities to add value to our clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand clients’ business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports.
Address client issues and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or client services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
