Position Summary The Sales Representative role is primarily a “hunter” and knows how to master networking to generate a strong pipeline. We provide access to subject matter experts to support your efforts before and after the sale. The position pays a salary plus commission and a recurring residual income which few companies in our industry still do.
Essential Job Functions
Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
Maintain records and reports in our CRM
Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
Identify and establish potential channel partners
Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
Represent HR Solutions as the leading and best HR outsourcing provider
Special projects as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
Experience selling to SMB's. Payroll, PEO, Employee Benefits sales preferred
Familiarity with HR / Payroll software or systems a plus
Experience in a consultative sales role
Experience owning or working in a small family business a plus
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
