part‑time evenings and weekend shift position

Responsibilities
Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone
Deliver exceptional customer service – greet clients with a smile, schedule new prospect and member appointments, answer calls and return messages, address member concerns
Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow‑ups, and a seamless client experience
Promote the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add‑on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques
Qualifications
You have a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
You are a STRONG communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adapt/flex with changing schedules.
Must be dependable with reliable transportation; willingness to travel to other studio's/off‑site events as needed.

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process
