Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Greenvale, NY Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products with 26 branches across the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and institutional markets.

Position: Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Your Day-to-Day

Serve as a customer service representative: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and exceptional service. Engage customers and sell products via email, phone, and occasionally in person.

Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop a deep understanding of Rugby's product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.

Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to company policies.

Take sales orders, preparing accurate price quotes and proposals, negotiating terms when necessary.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, striving for satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM software as required.

Should You Apply?

Bilingual in Spanish

Previous inside sales representative experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Alternatively, experience as a customer service representative in similar industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport. Communication is factual, polite, and professional.

Reserved yet people focused. Strong focus on repeatable, very high-quality results, using a customer-focused mindset to solve problems.

Knowledge of Rugby's product offerings or willingness to learn.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Prefer a steady, even pace of work with predictability yet goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
