Location: TEMPE, Arizona 85284. Ref #: 23969. Role: Brand Advocacy & Sales. Employment: Part‑time. Pay: $14.70 per hour (Range $15.00 - $20.00).
Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Super Centers. As a Wireless Sales Professional you will connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they want & need. You will build relationships, close sales and be the go‑to wireless expert.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
Success Factors
High‑energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
Resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high‑traffic environment.
Hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
Integrity and excellent service consistent with Premium’s name.
Ability to stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; a drive to learn and a passion for service are essential. Ongoing in‑store and online training will be provided.
