
Outside/BAS Controls Sales - Rockville, MD
This company is expanding their BAS Controls Sales team and is seeking an individual who would like to be grow with the department.
The business provides a full array of HVAC services at the highest levels of quality possible to its clients in the Baltimore-Washington DC area. These services include HVAC Services, Operational Assessment, Emergency Repair and Rental, Indoor Air Quality, Energy Optimization, Design, etc.
POSITION
Outside Sales/Controls Salesperson.
3- 5+ years of experience and understanding of outside sales within the Controls industry.
Strong customer services and rapport.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Able to travel to service areas.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of control service work.
Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients and grow new business in controls service work.
Responsible for achieving sales goal.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of offerings.
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
Travel to service areas to meet clients.
