Plainfield, IL (Hybrid | Fully Remote After Training) Compensation:
$50,000 Base Salary (Bi-weekly) + Uncapped Commission (Paid Monthly)

What You'll Be Doing
Engage
warm leads via inbound/outbound calls, texts, email, and live chat
Guide
customers through tailored solutions that meet their needs
Close
deals and build lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
Deliver
post-sale follow-up and support
Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Consistently
hit (and exceed) your individual and team sales goals
Grow
your product knowledge and sharpen your sales skills
What You Bring
A sales-driven
mindset with a hunger for commission-based earnings
Experience
Inside sales or customer-focused sales experience
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Confidence
using CRM systems, email platforms, and multitasking tools
Organized , self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
$50,000 base salary (bi-weekly pay)
Uncapped monthly commissions – no limit on your earning potential
