Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily mechanical works on-site, including wet and dry system installations
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with design drawings, codes, and standards
Coordinate mechanical activities with electrical, civil, and architectural trades
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
Enforce safety protocols and maintain quality assurance across all mechanical scopes
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to crews and junior engineers
Track progress, report to Project Manager, and ensure milestones are met
Education & Skills
Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
Strong knowledge of wet and dry mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, piping)
Familiarity with BIM coordination and mechanical drawings
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Salary
Up to $150k base
Base + 12% for Texas role
Relocation or Per Diem
