Mr. Electric
We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team. Solar Sales Representatives play a key role in customer acquisition. In this position, you will generate leads and solicit qualified homes for solar installations. You will also be provided with company leads, which should account for 30-50% of your overall sales.
Responsibilities
Direct sales to homeowners
Demonstrate excellent people skills and the value of meeting with our sales representatives
Be problem-solving oriented, persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
Maintain a high level of reliability and independence
Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors
Achieve sales and margin goals
Represent our brand with integrity
Experience and Qualifications
Self-driven, highly motivated, with high energy and a professional attitude
Mission-driven with a focus on the greater good
Effective organization and time management skills
Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and quotas
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Clean pre-employment background check
