Provide in-home consultations and estimates for kitchen, bathroom, and full home remodeling projects.
Deliver interactive presentations tailored to customers' renovation needs and preferences.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on remodeling options.
Utilize computer skills to input data and create detailed project estimates.
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed company objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in in-home sales, particularly in residential home improvement projects.
Experience with construction knowledge in areas like kitchen remodeling, bathroom upgrades, cabinetry, and more.
High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
Proficient in basic measurements and drawing layouts for remodeling projects.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel to appointments.
Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling or similar projects.
Familiarity with design software like Chief Architect or 2020 Design (preferred but not required).
Compensation: This is a fully commission-based role with 8%-10% sales commission (5% upfront and 5% upon project completion). High earning potential with pre-qualified appointments provided.
