We offer unlimited compensation opportunity, weekly pay, and advancement to management roles. We supply pre-qualified leads and the necessary tools for success so you can set out and start earning while helping homeowners by providing clean, healthy, and sustainable water for their families and improving the performance of their plumbing and water-oriented appliances. Prequalified scheduled leads – We provide quality leads you can close Short sales cycle – Appointments take one hour including paperwork with install as soon as the same day Superior product – Our products are factory direct Financial freedom – Earn an average of $75-100k+ in the first year; top reps can earn $250k (example from 2024) Weekly pay – We pay weekly via direct deposit Advancement – Endless opportunity for growth and advancement (most Sales Operations Managers start as Sales Reps) Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with prospective customers using established sales methodology to educate, consult, inform, and sell Educate customers on the proper product that fits their needs using the established sales methodology Develop rapport with customers to facilitate a one-visit close Leverage product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale Commit to delivering an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish Minimum Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and organizational skills Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with drive to succeed Ability to overcome objections in the sales process Travel within the assigned territory based on provided and self-generated leads Ability to operate successfully as an independent 3508 direct sales representative Join a company that values care, community, and sustainable water solutions.
