Responsibilities
participate in a series of 4 to 8-week learning rotations to gain hands-on experience across the value chain, including manufacturing, warehouse operations, sales and delivery, equipment services, and other support functions. travel to other areas within the territory to learn from various leaders. before each rotation, receive a peer coach and clear learning objectives; report on progress and offer business recommendations at the end of each rotation. participate in 4 leadership development summits to build people management skills and business acumen. complete 6 learning rotations and enter a 9-month interim supervisor rotation to hone people management skills. be assessed on learning objectives and leadership feedback throughout the program. upon program completion, potential placement within the organization will be based on performance, skills, and business needs. perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Willingness to relocate anywhere in our operational footprint Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly All candidates subject to pre-employment testing: Background Check, Drug Screen, and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable)
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience Must have a valid driver\'s license
Preferred Qualifications
Associate\’s or Bachelor\'s degree or 1-2 years of college, trade, or technical school
Work Environment
The work environment may include exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled. Travel up to 25% of the time.
