because you are passionate about delivering a transformational client experience, building our brand one customer at a time, and driving business through sales. You demonstrate strong commitment to service, genuine curiosity, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. You’re resourceful, collaborative, and a team player who knows the visual and operational aspects of the role and is committed to loss prevention. A sense of humor is a plus!
A Day In The Life The typical day is atypical. You’ll build and maintain customer relationships, drive sales, and meet personal sales goals using selling skills, product knowledge, and the Tory Burch brand philosophy. You’ll support sales and operational policies and procedures while working with an amazing, passionately driven team.
To Land This Role
One-to-three years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
Strong personal selling and customer relations experience with verbal and written communication skills.
Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is $16,000 – $19,000 per year, based on relevant experience and location.
