Direct Sales Representative – Residential – $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus
Location:
Philadelphia, PA greater market
Compensation:
Base salary $38,816.34 per year, uncapped commissions with potential to exceed $85,000 and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus
Overview:
Represent Astound Broadband powered by Wave by acquiring new residential customers within the serviceable footprint. Provide customers with superior internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs
Engage in technical discussions through demonstrations and presentations
Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
Prepare sales information for customers
Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
Maintain up‑to‑date product and service knowledge
Work independently while collaborating with the sales team
Fulfill sales quota and drive revenue growth
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Sales‑quota driven mindset
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficient in Microsoft products
Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills
Self‑starter and comfortable working autonomously
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
