Our sales team is growing, and we are adding several Regional Sales Representatives to our expanding team. Regional Sales Representatives will engage in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, working collaboratively with colleagues, conducting market research, and continually enhancing sales skills and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
Generate leads by employing sales strategies for prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, social networking, leveraging referrals and site visits. Achieve sales targets within established timeframes and report progress monthly. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers based on budget targets and requirements. Present and demonstrate products and services effectively, communicating the company offerings as they pertain to the customer’s needs. Maintain customer relationships post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and encourage future business. Collaborate with team members, other departments, and leadership to share leads, customer feedback, and movement in the sales process, identifying opportunities for growth, competitive intelligence, and industry trends. Continuously develop professionally by learning and improving sales techniques, communication, product knowledge, and negotiation tactics. Manage sales records and documentation in the CRM and other available tools for tracking customer orders and statuses. Comply with sales policies and regulatory requirements set by the company and industry standards, maintaining honesty, integrity, reliability, and professionalism. Travel up to 3 weeks per month. Position can be based out of Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, Los Angeles, or Phoenix. Knowledge and Skills
Degree in marketing or experience in aviation sales (education experience acceptable). Aviation experience a plus (MRO highly desirable). Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Expertise with inventory management software. Ability to communicate at all management levels internally and externally. Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over‑achieving quota. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed. Strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Experience working with CRM systems and/or Quantum software. What We Offer
