About the Role

As an

Account Executive , you will drive the performance and success of your territory by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area. You will be responsible for establishing relationships and maintaining and growing existing business. Snap! Mobile Account Executives make a tremendous impact and are trusted by athletic directors, coaches, educators, booster clubs, and their communities to support the programs of those we serve. This is a Full-Time position. Responsibilities

Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing, and executing a territory plan Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators Understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and industry trends Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts Maintain accurate customer records within the company’s systems, including HubSpot Role Progression

Within 1 Month, You Will: Complete new hire onboarding including eLearning courses, certification, instructor-led training, role-play, and mentorship Begin outreach to cultivate customer relationships with coaches, group leaders, athletic directors, and financial/district administrators Effectively manage all steps in the sales process and track progress in CRM Learn best practices, processes, and business tools used including HubSpot Within 3 Months, You Will: Be executing a strategic territory growth plan, built in collaboration with your manager Feel confident in prospecting new business, conducting discovery calls, and presentations to customers both in-person and digitally Know how to prospect to create new revenue opportunities Within 6 Months, You Will: Complete sales activities at volume with a high degree of independence, both in-person and digitally Prospect and close sales toward quarterly and annual targets Work sales opportunities from beginning to end, resulting in new business Increase customer saturation and retention rates, add revenue through customer acquisition What Sets Us Apart?

Compensation:

Base Salary $50K + Commission, uncapped with average OTE of $70K - $175K in year one Snap! Mobile is proud to offer the following benefits: 401K with a 4% match from the company 13 paid holidays Unlimited PTO Additional Compensation Note:
