Job Description
Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our Document Services sales team. Our superior products, award-winning sales, service, and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry.
As an F&I Compliance Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting LAW® and Bankers Systems® branded F&I documents to the automotive and related markets. You will serve as the subject matter expert over multiple regions and partner with other sales associates to drive sales goals, gather competitive intelligence, and advance the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for the team’s implementation strategies and assist with training sales associates on the benefits of our document solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for driving some of your own sales within your assigned market. In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal use. You will also be provided with a cell phone, laptop and home office equipment.
You will receive a base salary of $65,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $125,000/year including commissions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years sales and marketing related experience (CRM experience preferred)
Automotive industry experience is a plus (including Finance & Insurance Manager experience preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer relationship building skills
Ability to close sales
Ability to travel, with hotel stays, 8-10 nights/month
Superb time management skills
Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
