About the Role We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Telematics business. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—working closely with industry managers and FAEs. Acting as a true hunter, you’ll identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that create value for customers.

This remote position requires about 50% travel for customer visits and events. The preferred location is Dallas, TX, though candidates across the U.S. are welcome. Being able to work regularly from our Dallas office is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

Develop and grow new customer accounts and channel partnerships.

Manage the full sales cycle to achieve annual sales targets.

Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions.

Engage customers through calls, meetings, social media, and trade shows.

Collaborate with partners to promote fleet telematics solutions.

Stay informed on product features and industry trends through ongoing training.

Provide market and competitive feedback, and support cross‑team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5+ years of proven success in Fleet Telematics sales and business development.

Strong consultative selling approach and ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and craft effective sales strategies.

Skilled at translating technical solutions into clear business value.

Proficient in CRM tools, social media outreach, and generative AI for productivity.

Quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Deep understanding of the fleet telematics industry and customer ecosystem.

Curious, growth‑oriented, and passionate about technology and innovation.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or with a valid work permit in the U.S.
