Sales Manager - Maritime Industry
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy for Cathodic Protection Systems (Sacrificial Anodes & ICCP) and Marine Growth Prevention Systems (MGPS).
• Manage and expand the existing customer base by strengthening relationships with shipowners, shipyards, ship management companies, and marine service providers while actively seeking new clients.
• Promote the company's sacrificial anodes, ICCP and MGPS solutions to the Greek & global maritime clients.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
• Attend maritime industry exhibitions to expand the client base.
2+ years in technical sales of cathodic protection, MGPS, or corrosion prevention solutions in the marine industry.
Engineering degree (Naval, Mechanical, Electrical) or a Business degree with technical sales expertise.
Strong understanding of Cathodic Protection: ICCP (Impressed Current Cathodic Protection) & Sacrificial Anodes.
Knowledge of MGPS (Marine Growth Prevention Systems): Anti-fouling systems for seawater cooling systems.
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals within the maritime sector.
Existing connections with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, and fleet technical teams is a strong advantage.
