Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative for Building Material Wholesaler Manufacturers Reserve Supply is a wholesale distributor of high-end building supplies. This role offers an opportunity to work with lumber yards and big box stores directly with a focus on cultivating relationships and providing excellent service. The job offers stability with no cold calling, a Monday through Friday schedule 7:30am -4:30pm, and room for advancement. Our Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative team become experts in decking, siding and exterior building materials. A background in the construction field or understanding of the basic building process and/or product is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, process orders, and deliver quotes quickly and accurately Resolve customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance Stay up-to-date on our products and services to offer the best support Drive new business by cross-selling, upselling, and utilizing promotional campaigns Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Job Qualifications: Experience within customer service and sales. Knowledge of building materials. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant and professional phone demeanor. Must possess a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Logistics and supply chain background is beneficial Must be a team player, self-motivated and be able to collaborate effectively with other departments Pre-Employment requirements include:
