You’ll identify, plan, and develop new customers in line with your business development targets. Responsibilities Provide the right level of contact, service, and support to ensure your sales targets are met consistently. Monitor sales performance, spot when remedial actions are needed and make sure they’re implemented effectively. Plan your own visit schedule, aligned with agreed customer service levels, and gather valuable customer feedback. Analyze current and future market trends to unlock further market potential. Identify, target, and implement approved sales strategies within your marketplace. Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in your area. Be a trusted advisor to your team and customers with expert knowledge of product features and benefits. Requirements You know how to look at data and extract real, actionable insights that drive decisions and improve performance. You’re a motivated leader who thrives on driving business growth and consistently delivering strong results. You’ve successfully led sales teams before—and you know how to inspire, guide, and hold them accountable. You have a solid grasp of key business concepts like profit, margin, variable costs, ROI, and you apply them confidently in sales planning and negotiations. You stay up to date with industry best practices and understand the regulatory and legislative landscape.
