Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, training, and development to the sales team. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contract terms. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 610 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms. Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. What We Offer
