What You'll Do
Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings. Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits. Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market. You'll engage with customers in the field through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. Active Health Insurance License required. Must reside in the designated local territory. Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and at community-based events. Proven experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events. Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance. Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License. Prior experience selling Medicare products. Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups. Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Experience using Microsoft Office tools. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Schedule: Meeting with members requires appointments and/or event times that may vary on nights and weekends. Flexibility is essential to your success. Training: The first five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory.
