Job Description
Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position focused on growing our service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.
This position covers Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding territories.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
4-year degree.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of territory and customer base, ability to develop solid territory business plans, and effective daily territory coverage.
Compensation
– $70,000 – $100,000 base salary, geographic differentials considered. Nine paid holidays, up to two weeks of vacation (pro‑rated), additional PTO based on tenure, 52‑hour PTO in Washington.
