Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Glynn Place Mall
Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Glynn Place Mall. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find products, and contributing to a positive, high-energy store environment during the holiday season. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment. Maintain store policies and procedures in daily operations. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
